So, You've Decided to go to Disney...

Okay, if you're like most red-blooded Americans than you have probably, at one time or another, in your life thought that you would like LOVE to go to Disney World! Or maybe you have gone and now want to go back! Well, I am right there with ya! I personally have never gotten to experience Disney World, but am a HUGE fan! My husband and I actually had going there on our baby bucket list, but it never happened before the kiddos came, and I am kind of glad. I know that going as a family is exactly what Walt made the parks for, and it is going to be that much more magical now that we are finally going!
So, you've taken the first step in deciding to go. But Disney World is unlike any other vacation out there. If you have googled Disney World Vacation Planning, then you have seen the thousands of sites, blogs, etc. all dedicated to Disney! Well I personally have spent hours scouring them and I am going to include my own first time planning, as well as what I've learned from them here!

First off- you do not just show up to Disney! You literally may not be able to eat at the restaurants you want if you don't book them 180 days in advance! Not to mention all the cute, magical experinces, such as Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, that book up months in advance! There is so much to take into consideration:

- When to go
- Where to stay
- What kind of tickets to get
- Reservations
- Extra experiences
- To match your clothes (yes, this is a thing....I fully intend to do it too!)
- Tinkerbell gifts
- Welcome gifts
- Pin trading
- Ordering groceries
- Renting strollers

And that's just to name a few on my brain right now! So I am going to take you on the journey with me through all of this. Giving you a real, first time planning experience to read through.

WARNING: I have caught the Disney bug. I am crazy, obsessive, and planning like a maniac. People are finding it hard to be around me because it is ALL I can talk about! So if you're like me, you will LOVE this. Not so much? Then you get to reap all the benifits of my obssesiveness and can scroll past my Disney talk!

Alright, here we go! That is my introduction and if you are still with me then you will want to continue on to the next post! :)

Happy Planning,
Terri
